Any dispute arising from the use of this site, or transaction with this site, is binding to the country of Malaysia.
While Toyscode.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Toyscode.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Toyscode.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Toycodes.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Shipping and Packaging Terms
We ship all products new in sealed packaging, unless otherwise noted in the title or description of the item. We guarantee the contents of all toys and action figures to be mint, however we cannot guarantee the actual package to be in collector quality condition.
We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Returns based on condition of packaging will not be accepted.
In cases of damage due to courier service mishandling, this is out of our control but we will try our best to negotiate with our shipping partner for compensation. There is no guarantee in getting any compensation from Toyscode.com or from our shipping partner.
You are advised to opt for insurance at an extra fee prior to delivery to insure your items from parcel lost. We do not cover the lost of parcel under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for any buyers' nit-picking or high standard in quality justification. To get the items in cheap price you get the best bang for buck hence quality sometimes may be a hit or miss issue. Under the circumstances of minor manufacturer's defect, we would like to apologize and hope that you understand we always try our best in getting the best quality of product for the price you pay. We do not entertain any refund for quality issue. Refund will only be refunded when product is out of stock, or when we fail to deliver.
All pre-order items are quoted on a standard 7-14 working days for delivery once we have confirmed your order and full payment is received. If you do not receive the items after 60 working days from the day of order confirmation, we will refund 100% the money you have paid to us in that particular order. We will not however, refund any extra fees or chargers that incur on buyers' side such as payment gateway charges, extra credit charges that are not charged directly by us.
If you paid via PayPal, you will receive the total order amount minus 4% transaction fee from PayPal.
